2. What should I do if the phone can not charge properly or the indicator light flashes quickly or flashes green and blue??
Please put the phone in the correct position to avoid foreign objects, or try to reinsert the charging cable into the charging port tightly to avoid an insufficient power supply. (Please use the adapter and cable included in the package)
3. Will this charger work on a phone with an otter box case? Or any other thick case?
Not for otter box style case, won’t charge the phone with >0.2 inches case on. UAG, magnet, metal case, the case with ring/Pop sockets/credit card/otter box may lead to the charger failing to charge.
