Yes, the fan will turn off when the PS5 goes into rest mode if you select the “Off” option under “Supply Power to USB Ports” in the PS5 Settings Menu. When this option is chosen, power to the USB ports is disabled, which leads to the fan turning off
will the fan tun on/off with the playstation or do i have to turn it on/ off manully?
The fan is powered by ps5 console and comes with a switch to control the fan, but the fan cannot control the console.

No have any noice. You can try cleanup with air fans inside on stand.
